Talent Specialist (12 month fixed term)

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies, demonstrating creative approaches to attract top talent.
  • Manage all recruitment processes, systems, and guidance, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Act as a trusted partner for hiring managers.
  • Oversee recruitment suppliers, manage relationships with resourcing partners, and build industry partnerships.
  • Lead onboarding and induction programs, including new initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the talent team and other departments to build and nurture talent pipelines.
  • Work with global talent management and marketing teams to promote the employer brand via the careers website and social channels.
  • Utilize internal data and market insights to improve processes and align with strategic goals.
  • Lead sourcing strategies for early talent programs and support overall talent management initiatives.
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
