Get to Know our Team: Within the People Department at Agoda, the Tech Sourcing team is responsible for attracting top talent to Agoda. We collaborate with Tech stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment of diverse, high-quality candidates globally. Our team values inclusion and diversity, comprising talented professionals from multiple cultures, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

The Opportunity: In this role, you will develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-quality and diverse candidates. You will convert passive candidates worldwide into active, engaged applicants for positions across our Technology department, both locally and globally. You will act as a sourcing expert, mentor, and project lead, shaping sourcing practices at Agoda.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Source talent for senior Technology roles using your expertise.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Lead and structure complex projects with multiple stakeholders to improve sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, making quick decisions.
  • Work independently alongside recruiters and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to inform market insights and recruitment strategies.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders in Tech.
  • Strategic approach to sourcing and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with recruitment data analysis and storytelling.
  • Experience optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
  • Experience in Product, E-commerce, OTA, or internet sectors.
