Job Description

Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for actively identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies using online platforms, social media, and CRM campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline.

  1. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific needs for open positions.
  2. Identify and engage candidates by researching and sourcing both active and passive potential candidates matching the criteria.
  3. Utilise sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and campaign/events to attract talent.
  4. Generate interest in vacancies, and build and maintain the CRM/talent pool.
  5. Create and manage talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  6. Screen and assess candidates by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and relevant materials to identify qualified candidates.
  7. Maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Share market insights, competitor analysis, and relevant data to inform recruitment strategies.
  9. Represent the company's culture and values to enhance employer branding.

Additional Information

This role offers a starting salary between £32,600 - £40,800 plus a flexible benefits package. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model and some UK travel requirements.
