Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top Artificial Intelligence researchers.
- Collaboration: Working with business leaders to understand hiring needs and developing effective sourcing plans.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Sourcing Tools: Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyzing and reporting on sourcing metrics for process improvement.
Artificial Intelligence Focus
- Understanding AI Research: Deep knowledge of AI trends and advancements including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and robotics.
- Identifying Key Talent: Engaging with top AI researchers and engineers.
- Collaboration with AI Teams: Working closely with AI research teams to understand needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Networking in AI Communities: Building relationships within AI research communities, attending conferences, and participating in forums.
- Evaluating AI Talent: Assessing candidates' technical skills, research contributions, and innovation potential.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting AI Researchers and/or AI engineers.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
