The Role…As Our New Talent Scout, You’ll Be The Champion Of Apprenticeship Recruitment, Sourcing And Attracting Bright Young Minds Who Are Eager To Learn, Grow, And Shape The Future Of Digital. Based In Our Vibrant Office At Pride Park, Derby, You’ll Be Working Closely With Our Talent Team To Identify The Perfect Apprentices Who Are Ready To Embark On a Career In The Digital World. Your Day-to-day Will Include:
Finding Tomorrow’s Talent: Whether it’s scouting at schools, universities, or online, you’ll dig deep to uncover passionate apprentices who will thrive in our industry.
Engagement & Communication: You’ll be the friendly face of Althaus, reaching out to potential candidates, building relationships, and ensuring they’re excited to join our journey.
Coordinating & Organising: You’ll handle the administrative side of things, from reviewing applications to scheduling interviews, ensuring that our recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and engaging.
Partnering with the Team: You’ll work closely with our community and sales teams to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for all our future apprentices.
Creative Promotion: Not just about finding candidates—you’re also helping to build and promote our apprenticeship brand! You’ll help spread the word on why Althaus Digital is
the place to kickstart a career in digital.
What We’re Looking For…- Previous experience in 360 recruitment / talent attraction.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring administrative duties and data management are accurate and up to date.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and contribute to the team’s success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide consultative advice and present information effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing campaigns is advantageous.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with the aspiration to obtain a CIAG qualification within six months of employment (if not already attained).

Teams call with our
Head of Learner Engagement – this is all about fit and feel.
Stage 2: An in-person interview at our office with our Talent Team and panel. This stage will also include a fun and interactive interview activity to showcase your skills in action.
