We specialise in consumer brands and pride ourselves on offering traditional retained search work and innovative talent acquisition solutions. We're a fully distributed company and mostly operate within Europe but sometimes beyond.

Vine Talent is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates. If you have a keen eye for talent, strong research skills, and experience managing candidate data, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Company Research

  • Execute talent sourcing and company research based on a defined recruitment strategy.
  • Identify and shortlist prospective candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Create saved searches to reduce future workflows across the company.

Candidate Engagement

  • Initiate outreach to prospective candidates via email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build and nurture relationships with passive talent for future opportunities.
  • Ensure every candidate is updated accordingly promptly.

CRM & Project Management

  • Maintain and update candidate CRM data, ensuring accurate records and tracking.
  • Ensure data accuracy within client project management tools.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure sourcing is prioritised and on track.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or in a similar recruitment role (ideally in a retained/executive search environment).
  • Can execute company research and identify top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer landscape, CPG and tech.
  • Familiarity with a range of company research and candidate sourcing strategies, using multiple data sources.
  • Experience using CRM and project management tools (ideally Notion).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for consumer and talent acquisition.
