Job Summary:

Drive customer satisfaction by executing high-quality service jobs on site and in the workshop. Enhance Accelleron’s reputation through a professional approach to customer service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of equipment independently, identify technical problems, and analyze issues remotely or on-site across various service categories.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by fulfilling service work according to customer expectations, maintaining good relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Ensure availability and quality of materials, parts, and equipment for service activities.
  • Prepare and sign all necessary documentation and reports, and follow up as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide operational improvement suggestions to management.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations, report unsafe practices and incidents.

Your background:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds, handling service jobs with high safety and quality standards.
  • Experience working in challenging environments (temperature, noise, dirt).
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support and work irregular hours as needed.
