Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead testing activities including manual and some automated testing, collaborating with developers, BAs, POs and other stakeholders to define test approaches and ensure quality from start through UAT.

The role includes designing test strategies, creating test scenarios and leveraging SQL/Oracle skills. This fixed-term contract is likely to be 12-18 months with hybrid working.

• Strong experience in manual and automated testing
• Proven ability to design and execute test strategies, analyse requirements and create effective test scenarios using BDD principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced change environment.
• Looking for fixed term contracts likely to be 12-18 months.
