Job Overview

The role of the Content Strategy team is to provide direction on how clients can thrive in social-first content, setting the stage for breakthrough ideas that produce standout communication.

We’re currently building our freelance roster for the strategy team. While we don’t have a live brief at the moment, we’re always keen to connect with talented individuals for future opportunities.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist (Freelance) with experience in developing innovative content plans that meet client objectives and explore new, unexpected ways to succeed in the creator-led space.

The right candidate will champion innovative approaches to content, clearly explain their rationale, and outline implications for messaging, talent selection, and context.

Responsibilities:

  1. Devise content planning approaches that push the boundaries of creator-led advertising for our clients
  2. Conduct social landscape and cultural analysis to understand behaviors and motivations
  3. Articulate human truths with a creator lens to build innovative creative concepts
  4. Write inspiring creative briefs with clear direction and strategies for success in the creator space
  5. Define casting requirements—type and size of creators needed and why
  6. Deliver comprehensive influencer and creator content plans, including content types and phases
  7. Develop a compelling messaging hierarchy
  8. Collaborate with the creative team on concept development
  9. Hypothesize content types that will achieve client objectives and incorporate testing into measurement plans
  10. Present content strategies confidently to clients
  11. Conduct content audits, social listening, brand positioning, and social media recommendations
