We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition specialists who are fluent in German and have a strong background in high-volume hiring, especially in field sales and go-to-market roles across Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven success in fast-paced, volume hiring roles, with industry experience, particularly in financial services.
  • Ability to lead and guide a small team to build talent pools for future engagement.
  • Creativity in sourcing and engaging talent across multiple platforms, utilizing AI and other tools effectively.
  • Experience in building large talent pools and maintaining excellent candidate communication.
  • Ability to craft engaging outreach messages tailored to sales and go-to-market communities in Europe, especially in Nordics, Italy, and German-speaking countries.
  • Ownership of candidate pipelines and tracking sourcing activities using CRM/HRIS or ATS.
  • Comfort with data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement to support hiring outcomes.
