Admiral Group Plc is seeking a Talent Partner for their recruitment team to enhance recruitment processes and improve the candidate journey. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to achieve business recruitment goals, emphasizing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Have you got experience working in a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partnering role? Have you ever led, defined, and improved recruitment processes to improve the candidate journey and add value to the business? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Partner in our recruitment team supporting hiring across one of our businesses, Admiral Money.
This is an exciting, new opportunity working in partnership with hiring managers to create and deliver recruitment solutions to hire the best talent. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will oversee all recruitment activity for Admiral Money ensuring that all activities align with the business strategy. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across your businessand the wider People Team, providing market and industry insights in order to support the business to deliver high quality outcomes
You will lead on a number of key projects that align to our TA and wider people strategy focused and will support our agenda to takeTA to the next level.
