Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and build sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Source and engage top talent through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and events.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Use data and insights to report on hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the wider people team to deliver consistent messaging and a standout candidate experience.
  • Support projects related to hiring tools, onboarding, and recruitment operations.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in high-growth or tech environments.
  • A track record of hiring across multiple functions and levels, with strong sourcing ability.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
