About the Role: Talent Partner

As a Talent Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for key positions. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Proactively source candidates through diverse channels.
  2. Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and postings.
  3. Build and manage talent pools for various roles.
  4. Gather and provide valuable candidate feedback to enhance suitability assessments.
  5. Coordinate interviews and facilitate recruitment events across your region.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to sourcing strategy improvements through market research.
About You

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
