As our Talent Partner, you’ll bring clarity, creativity and consistency to every part of the hiring journey.

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for business-critical, hard-to-fill, and future growth roles.
  • Redesign and modernise our approach to attraction, selection, and onboarding – ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and manager experience.
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices that reflect the diversity of our people and the communities we serve.
  • Use data, insights and feedback to inform strategy, monitor performance, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system, careers page and advertising platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training, toolkits and guidance for hiring managers to support consistency and capability across the business.
  • Represent Enable as a values-led employer at external events, career fairs and networking groups.
  • Support employer brand development and social media activity to promote Enable as a great place to work.
  • Provide support to the wider People Team

  • Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with a proactive, organised, and outcomes-focused approach.
  • A continuous improvement mindset – always looking for smarter ways to work and improve the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire, challenge and support stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative working style, with a passion for inclusive hiring and helping others thrive.
