Job description

Role Introduction

Talent Operations Manager – (a.k.a. Spreadsheet Whisperer turned Delivery Dynamo)

We’re on the hunt for a hybrid Talent Operations and Delivery powerhouse. Yes, we love a good formula and a beautifully built dashboard but what we really need is someone who candeliver. You’ll take ownership of requisition delivery for a key part of the business, ensuring roles are filled efficiently, processes are followed, and the team is set up to succeed.

You’ll be a key player in a high-performing team of nine, helping drive accountability, unblock challenges, and keep hiring on track. Alongside that, you’ll bring structure and insight to our reporting and systems helping us scale smarter, not just faster. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance operational excellence with delivery execution and help shape the future of how we attract and hire top talent in a business that’s scaling fast and leading the way in AI.

What You Will Do
  • Leading requisition delivery for a specific business area, owning hiring outcomes end to end.
  • Assisting in managing team workloads and ensuring accountability for following agreed processes.
  • Acting as the go-to for delivery blockers, prioritisation, and hiring progress.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
  • Using data to track delivery performance, spot trends, and drive improvements.
  • Supporting the TA tech stack and reporting which helps us evolve our systems and insights.
  • Contributing to the design and optimisation of recruitment workflows.
  • Rolling up your sleeves when needed, this is strategy and delivery.
  • You will be responsible for the system administration of our ATS, raising support tickets & partnering with the iCIMS support team to fix issues, make system configurational changes and general system support
What You Will Have
  • Proven experience in recruitment delivery. You know how to get roles filled.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
  • A process mindset. If you see inefficiencies, you’ll instinctively want to fix them.
  • You’ve worked with CRMs, ATSs, or HR tech and made them work for people.
  • You’re analytical, curious, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with ICIMS or similar platforms.
