Job description

Our client, a rapidly growing production & post bookings agency, is seeking an entrepreneurial Freelancer in the position of Talent & Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry leaders across film, TV, advertising, documentary, music videos and more. The role offers intentional opportunities to grow to senior management levels. The Freelance working pattern is 20 hours a week across weekdays and typical office hours; Flexible hours and remote working.


Key responsibilities will include:


• Developing relationships with the global brands, production companies, and ad agencies.
• Cultivating in-depth knowledge of every sector to include advertising, Ai, and narrative.
• Growing a social media following.
• Developing business systems.
• Handling talent bookings for productions up to a quarter of a million pounds.
• Upon successful completion of an initial period, the role will expand to conduct new-business outreach, and promotion full time and hiring new staff as the business grows.

Requirements:


• Senior experience working in a relevant field and industry.
• Drive to improve work to excellence.
• Willing to foster trust in the team.
• Researcher into latest business, cultural, and tech trends.
• Production/Post experience with teams of 10+ people.
• Production standards knowledge.
• Social media expertise; video editing skills desirable.
• AI tools experience is desirable.
• Proficient user of Excel/Sheets.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings when needed.
• London base or access to London.
• Minimum of two hours availability every weekday between 09:00- 18:00.
