An industry-leading UK Public Relations agency is looking to hire an experienced talent manager. The Talent Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing their existing talent roster and their globally recognized brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with talent rosters, relevant industry contacts, and a good understanding of social media landscape. As the talent manager, you will oversee the full campaign lifecycle for some of the UK and Europe's most exciting brands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing end-to-end campaigns and commercial partnerships for talent.
  • Strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, TikTok talent, and an eye for emerging talent and conscious voices.
  • Enthusiasm for social media and knowledge of key platforms and trends.
  • Established network in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and fashion sectors.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking with an understanding of decision-making processes for talent partnerships.
  • Hybrid working flexibility with 3 days a week in the office.
  • Provision of necessary equipment, including a laptop.
