The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to oversee and develop careers of parenting and family-focused social media personalities and content creators. Your responsibilities include managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and fostering brand partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and a successful track record in talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of influencers, guiding their career development.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth.
