The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital first talent across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands & talent and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

1. Primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance
2. Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
3. Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships - drafting and amending contracts for favourable outcomes
4. Attend shoots & press commitments with talent
5. Proactively outreach to brands, securing authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations
6. Grow your roster, onboarding both up-and-coming talent or established creators

Key Requirements

1. Previous experience working as a talent agent/talent manager, overseeing digital talent
2. Commercially-savvy- and have the ability to independently negotiate contracts
3. A finger on the pulse of the latest up-and-coming creators, and social media trends
