Talent Manager | High-Growth Scale-Up | Southampton (4 Days On-Site)

I am lookimg for a credible, confident Talent Manager to lead the in-house recruitment function at a high-growth scale-up.

This visible, strategic role is key to shaping how this growing firm attracts, hires, and develops talent - especially across specialist and hard-to-fill roles. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive talent planning, employer branding, succession planning, and talent mapping.

A critical success measure for this role is reducing time-to-hire through smarter, more agile hiring practices.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in fast-paced or scaling businesses

  • A background in specialist recruitment - Ideally Maritime/Financial Services

  • Confident partnering with the leadership team

  • Strategic thinker who can build from the ground up

  • On-site 4 days per week in stunning Southampton offices
