Partnering with a global, well-known & leading consultancy firm for a couple of newly created positions in their Talent Management department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in partnering with senior stakeholders and taking them through career development processes and practices. The client group will be approx. 100 employees (all in London), and will be the glue between the wider CoEs and the key stakeholders.

We are initially looking for individuals from a consultancy (potentially wider Professional Services) environment, and ideally, someone who has operated in a HRBP or strategic business partnering position in the past.

As a Talent Partner, you will oversee headcount planning, talent management, and recruiting efforts across the region, reporting to the Senior Director of People & Operations. You will collaborate with teams in Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Analytics to deliver on strategic people initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead headcount planning and talent strategy, aligning with financial goals.
  • Oversee the compensation and bonus process.
  • Manage recruiting for the business services team, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Chair development committees and drive succession planning.
  • Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent professionals.

KEY SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex processes and relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10+ years in HR or talent management, ideally in professional services.
