  • Design and execute a succession planning strategy for critical roles, developing internal talent pools with personalized development plans to prepare employees for future roles.
  • Collaborate with L&D Partners to identify suitable development programs and training initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on talent metrics, including competency assessments, performance reviews, and succession planning outcomes.

What skills & experience are required?

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform talent initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using HR, performance, talent, and learning management systems for project management and reporting.
  • Highly organized, with effective project management and prioritization skills.
