The Manager, Talent and Learning position is responsible for the operational execution of critical talent and learning initiatives across the organization with a primary focus on EMEA. This role provides direct support to initiatives driven by the Directors of Enterprise Learning, Experience Engagement and Culture, and Talent Practices and Performance Enablement but will be expected to contribute beyond simple execution.
The incumbent should have some background and expertise in the core Talent areas of learning, talent practices, programmes and engagement.
The position will focus on the practical aspects of project management, design execution and facilitation providing essential support to drive the successful execution of talent and learning programmes.
What You'll Do
Plan, manage, and implement talent and learning projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with collaborators to prioritize and manage project tasks, maintaining detailed project plans and adjusting schedules as needed.
Design, develop, and deploy learning programs aligned with enterprise strategies and organisational needs.
Evaluate the efficiency of learning initiatives, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
Support the design and execution of engagement and culture initiatives to improve employee experience.
Develop and implement talent management and performance support initiatives, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams.
Collect and analyze data related to project performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights for process improvement.
Find opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing new tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements through quality assurance processes.
