For over a century, we've been evolving and adapting. Today, as the nation's leading motoring organisation, we offer a wide range of products and services to millions of customers. From roadside assistance to home and motor insurance, and the latest driving technologies, we have it all. As we continue to expand, diversify, and modernise, joining us as a Talent and Learning Coordinator means you'll play a crucial role in our success and be part of this exciting motoring journey. /
This is the job
As our Talent and Learning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination of inspiring programmes—from leadership development and inductions to apprenticeships and Diversity & Inclusion events. You’ll work with passionate teams and partners to deliver experiences that empower every learner.
Beyond coordination, you’ll be the engine behind our L&D operations—keeping our Internal Hub page up to date, managing payments through Ariba, and ensuring smooth communication across inboxes.
What will I be doing?
- Coordinate learning programmes, apprenticeships, and D&I initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors —scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and liaising with providers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain and update our Talent and Development Hub and Evolve apprenticeship page on SharePoint, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Gather and analyse post-programme feedback to measure impact, share insights with stakeholders, and escalate issues where needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier processes including Ariba onboarding, PO creation, invoice tracking, and oversight of the Apprenticeship Digital Account to ensure accurate fund and cohort management.
- Coordinate logistics for learning events, including travel, accommodation, and room bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- Produce insightful MI reports using PowerBI, including attendance trends and quarterly apprenticeship dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Own the Talent and Development inboxes—responding to queries, offering first-line support, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Promote our core learning offer through engaging content—writing Hub articles, Yammer posts, and HRBP communications, and curating LinkedIn Learning pathways.
- Provide flexible support to the wider Learning team, including planning volume inductions and being the go-to contact for day-one training queries.
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge And Experience
- Experience using platforms such as SharePoint, Ariba, PowerBI, Microsoft Forms to support learning and development operations.
- Strong communication skills—confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving the learner experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects, queries, and deadlines.
- Skilled in time management and prioritisation, especially when supporting diverse business areas.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
