A superb Talent, Learning and Development Manager role is now available at a high performing, niche Financial Services business based in the City. This will be a broad, diverse and fast paced position which will allow the successful candidate a huge amount of autonomy and a fantastic platform to showcase what they can do in this area.
Reporting to a Head of Talent, the role encompasses everything talent, from talent identification through to management and succession planning. Additionally, learning and development, digital solutions, systems and performance will also be a large part. The role requires a commercially astute individual who can connect the dots between all of the areas and anticipate business needs.
We are looking for highly motivated Talent/Learning professionals that are looking for a highly rewarding challenge in a fast paced environment. Candidates will need to come from a Financial Services or Professional Services background and have both breadth and depth of experience and can bring new ideas to the table.
