Our client – a progressive and ambitious organisation – is looking for a strategic Talent, Leadership Development & Transformation Lead to play a key role in accelerating leadership effectiveness, strengthening talent pipelines, and building a high-performance culture.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role where you’ll own the design, delivery, and evolution of talent and leadership strategies that directly support business growth, cultural transformation, and long-term organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative, measurable leadership and talent initiatives – with a clear focus on behaviour, mindset, and capability shift.
  • Drive talent planning, succession, and leadership pipeline development to ensure the organisation is ready for the future.
  • Influence and partner with senior stakeholders (exec-minus-1 level and above) to embed leadership as a key enabler of performance and change.
  • Champion a culture of coaching, feedback, and continuous learning across the organisation.
  • Align all development activity with wider organisational transformation, workforce strategy, and commercial priorities.

You’ll be an experienced and credible leadership development professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You bring:

  • A proven track record in designing and implementing high-impact leadership and talent strategies.
  • The ability to influence and challenge senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
  • A commercial and performance-led mindset – with experience demonstrating measurable impact on business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting cultural or organisational transformation through leadership and capability development.
  • A collaborative and strategic approach, with a belief that leadership is about mindset, belief, and momentum – not just skills.
