Job summary

dnata Catering UK is seeking a Talent Lead (Maternity Cover) to drive end-to-end recruitment for salaried, permanent and specialist roles across Head Office and UK sites.

You will lead the Hourly Recruitment Team, partner with hiring managers on sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines while ensuring a compliant, timely recruitment process. This is a maternity cover role offering a chance to shape recruitment at a national scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading recruitment in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist and operational roles.
• Experience developing talent pipelines and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for salaried, permanent and specialist vacancies across Head Office and UK sites.
• Coach and develop the Hourly Recruitment Team to meet frontline recruitment needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and plans.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive cost efficiency and supplier management.
