About Borderless
We believe in a world where borders are no longer barriers, where anyone can move anywhere seamlessly and safely. That’s why we’re building a global immigration platform, empowering ambitious businesses and individuals across the world.

Combining technology and human expertise, our platform streamlines the UK sponsorship process, demystifying complex legacy processes saving customers time, money and headache.

Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, we’re growing fast and looking to expand our presence across new sectors and markets.

Role: Talent Lead
As Talent Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the talent function at Borderless, driving how we attract, hire, and retain world-class talent. You’ll define the talent strategy, lead end-to-end recruitment, and partner closely with leadership to ensure hiring is aligned with business goals.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be a key member of our leadership team, combining hands-on delivery with strategic function leadership, working cross-functionally across the business while coaching and developing others as we grow.

    • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build effective workforce plans.
  • Recruitment Operations
    • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across all levels and functions.
    • Design and implement scalable, inclusive, and efficient recruitment processes.
    • Build and manage employer branding initiatives to position Borderless as a top destination for talent.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience.
    • Coach leaders on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Own recruiting metrics and KPIs, using insights to continuously improve processes.
    • Report on talent pipeline, hiring effectiveness, and time-to-hire at leadership level.

  • You have a track record of designing and executing recruitment strategies, learning constantly about what’s working and what’s not
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills - you’re comfortable influencing and coaching senior leaders.
  • You have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • You’re passionate about Borderless’ mission and vision, and know the way to achieve that is through building and nurturing an incredible, high performance team
