We create premium quality formats with extensive global reach and limitless potential: shows like Strictly Come Dancing, Glastonbury, Antiques Roadshow and the Coronation of King Charles III.
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Executive with a minimum two years’ track-record in a senior Talent role. The successful candidate will join the UK Entertainment Talent team on full time basis, to help discover and nurture key creative talent for some of the best loved shows produced by one of our foremost production hubs, Factual Entertainment Bristol and Cardiff. The role is particularly focused on recruitment for our well-loved and highly acclaimed heritage brands; programmes such as Countryfile, Antiques Roadshow, Bargain Hunt and Gardeners’ World, which are produced out of this hub. You will also be required, on occasion, to support colleagues in the wider UK Entertainment Talent Team with recruitment for the broad spectrum of shows produced out of our Salford, Glasgow and London hubs.
Part of the HR service, the Talent Team is the conduit between production and talent, working directly with programme-makers to strategically source, recruit and attract the best and most inclusive talent for the content delivered from BBC Studios.

We welcome applications from Talent Executives with a minimum two years’ experience in a senior talent role who can demonstrate an aptitude for sourcing talent and building teams on both a strategic and reactive basis. Whilst a track-record of broad spectrum cross genre working is highly desirable, what is key is that you can evidence a strong knowledge of the UK broadcast TV and content production market with a specific focus on the Factual Entertainment editorial production talent pool in Wales and the Southwest. Ideally you will have experience of recruiting in the following areas: short form film making and presenter led popular programming. You will also have a keen interest in increasing and championing diversity and inclusion.

Pay: £54,000 - £61,000
