BBC Studios is a renowned British creative content studio and channels & streaming business, reaching global audiences. We produce iconic entertainment shows such as Strictly Come Dancing, Glastonbury, Antiques Roadshow, and the Coronation of King Charles III.

About The Role

We seek an experienced Talent Executive with at least two years in a senior talent role. The successful candidate will support the UK Entertainment Talent team, focusing on recruitment for our Bristol and Cardiff hubs, particularly for heritage brands like Countryfile, Antiques Roadshow, Bargain Hunt, and Gardeners’ World. You may also assist with recruitment across other UK hubs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support strategic recruitment aligned with business plans.
  • Build and maintain talent networks, promote diversity, and represent BBC Studios at industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from briefing to offer.
  • Engage talent and hiring managers effectively.
  • Collaborate with HR and production teams to ensure compliance and share industry insights.
Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of two years in a senior talent role, with strong knowledge of the UK broadcast TV market, especially in Factual Entertainment and presenter-led programming. Experience in recruiting for short-form filmmaking and diverse talent is desirable. A passion for diversity and inclusion is essential.
