Job summary

THG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Manchester to support recruitment across Myprotein HQ. You will partner with hiring managers to craft briefs, source and screen candidates, manage interviews, and guide teams to confident hiring decisions for Head Office and commercial roles.

You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and help shape the candidate experience across our brands. You’ll build relationships, headhunt passive candidates, and develop strong talent pipelines

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of recruitment experience in agency or in-house.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Experience hiring into commercial functions; international hiring is a plus.
• Proactive talent-sourcing mindset.

Job description

As a Talent Executive, you'll support recruitment across Myprotein HQ, partnering with hiring managers to understand their teams, the skills they need, and what makes someone successful in each role. Your work will span the full hiring process: shaping briefs, finding and engaging candidates, managing interviews, and helping teams make confident hiring decisions. Your focus will be on Head Office and commercial vacancies. That means building relationships across different functions, adapting your approach to each search, and developing a strong understanding of the talent market. You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who will support your development and help you take increasing ownership of your roles. As a Talent Acquisition Executive You'll:

• Partner with hiring managers across Myprotein HQ to understand hiring needs and agree clear, realistic role briefs.
• Support and manage recruitment for Head Office and commercial positions, from initial search through to offer.
• Headhunt candidates who might not be actively looking but could be excited by what we're building.
• Source and screen talent, looking beyond the CV to understand people's skills, ambition, and potential.
• Build relationships and talent pipelines that put us in a stronger position for the next hire.
• Keep interviews moving, feedback flowing, and candidates and hiring managers in the loop.
• Share insights on the talent market to help teams make smart hiring decisions.
• Use recruitment data to track progress and find ways to make our process better.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing strategies, hiring priorities, and a candidate experience that feels unmistakably Myprotein.
• At least 12 months' recruitment experience, gained in an agency or an in-house talent acquisition team.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• The confidence to ask good questions, understand a brief, and adapt your search when needed.
• A proactive approach to finding talent beyond incoming applications.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several vacancies and deadlines at once.
• Clear, engaging communication and a genuine commitment to giving candidates a great experience.
• Experience hiring into commercial functions would be particularly valuable. Exposure to direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, ecommerce, or international hiring is a plus.
