Job summary

THG is recruiting a Talent Executive to support recruitment across Myprotein HQ, partnering with hiring managers to understand teams, skills needed and what makes a candidate successful. You’ll shape briefs, search, engage candidates, run interviews, and help teams make confident hiring decisions.

Your focus is Head Office and commercial vacancies, building relationships across functions, and developing a deep understanding of the talent market.

Qualifications

• 12 months recruitment experience in agency or in-house talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• The confidence to ask good questions, understand a brief, and adapt your search when needed.
• A proactive approach to finding talent beyond incoming applications.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several vacancies and deadlines at once.
• Clear, engaging communication and a genuine commitment to giving candidates a great experience.
• Experience hiring into commercial functions would be particularly valuable. Exposure to direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, ecommerce, or international hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Myprotein HQ to understand hiring needs and agree clear, realistic role briefs.
• Support and manage recruitment for Head Office and commercial positions, from initial search through to offer.
• Headhunt candidates who might not be actively looking but could be excited by what we’re building.
• Source and screen talent, looking beyond the CV to understand people’s skills, ambition, and potential.
• Build relationships and talent pipelines that put us in a stronger position for the next hire.
• Keep interviews moving, feedback flowing, and candidates and hiring managers in the loop.
• Share insights on the talent market to help teams make smart hiring decisions.
• Use recruitment data to track progress and find ways to make our process better.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing strategies, hiring priorities, and a candidate experience that feels unmistakably Myprotein.

About the role

As a Talent Executive, you'll support recruitment across Myprotein HQ, partnering with hiring managers to understand their teams, the skills they need, and what makes someone successful in each role. Your work will span the full hiring process: shaping briefs, finding and engaging candidates, managing interviews, and helping teams make confident hiring decisions.

Your focus will be on Head Office and commercial vacancies.
