Matrix to: Senior Director GlobalTalentandEngagement
What you will do
This is a key role for the Materials Processing Segment of the Terex Corporation, driving theTalent&Engagementagenda. This role ensures the meticulous implementation of Terex processes and programs to support continuous improvement and high performance across the Materials Processing Segment, specifically in terms of increasing the quality and quantity of early talent and continuously improving both team member learning and development activities. This role also supports, encourages and drives collaboration and oversight for allengagementactivity across the portfolio of businesses, including the management of the Terex Survey and resulting site action plans. The role acts as a key liaison and contributor to the wider Terex Talent and Engagement team across the Corporate team and other Terex Segments.
