Job Description:

Our client is looking for a visionary senior talent professional to lead their digital/influencer division.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the creator economy, a proven track record in high-profile talent management, and exceptional skills in devising long-term talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent agency's digital division, overseeing its evolution and growth in size, revenue, and industry standing.
• Manage a varied roster of digital-first talent.
• Line manage a team of Talent Assistants and Agents.
• Devise both short and long-term talent strategies for creators, including opportunities across revenue streams such as broadcast, podcasts, IP, and literary.
• Oversee the identification and onboarding of top-tier talent to enhance the agency’s portfolio.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with international brands, ensuring talent alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Responsible for the profit and loss of the agency's digital talent division.
• Confidentially negotiate and manage high-profile contracts and agreements.
