In this pivotal role, you will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning by overseeing critical initiatives such as onboarding, career growth, and employee and leadership development.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
  • Managing end-to-end learning and development initiatives, including learning needs analysis, content and course design, facilitation, and feedback, in close collaboration with leaders, subject matter experts, People Business Partners, and HR Systems.
  • Leading the skills strategy and implementation process, partnering with People Business Partners and business leaders, and supporting career paths.
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, IT, and People Services, ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
  • Conducting learning needs analyses and defining strategic learning agendas.
  • Enabling and upskilling subject matter experts to create and deliver effective knowledge-sharing initiatives and learning experiences.
  • Designing and facilitating impactful learning sessions and initiatives for both individual contributors and leaders.
  • Owning and evolving our learning solutions, like our Learning Management System (LMS) and skills development solution, based on organisational needs.
  • Managing external partners and coordinating organisation-wide learning initiatives, including mandatory training.
  • Actively participating in our Inclusion and Belonging Task Force, supporting efforts to build more equitable and inclusive workplace processes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on career growth and talent development across the employee lifecycle.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing and building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development principles, methodologies, and current trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong plus.
