Job Description:

The Talent Partner, Europe plays a pivotal role in leading and executing talent management and learning & development (L&D) initiatives across the European and Asia-Pacific regions. This position reports to the Head of Talent and Organizational Development and is an integrated member of the global Talent & Organizational Development team. The Partner will champion a culture of continuous learning and growth, collaborating with regional and global HR colleagues to ensure alignment and leverage global resources in the execution of local talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Talent & L&D Delivery: Conduct and manage regional succession planning and talent review processes, collaborating with leaders to identify critical roles and address succession gaps. Plan and facilitate impactful regional L&D programs, including leadership development initiatives, staying current with industry trends to bring innovative solutions.
  • Individual Development & Data-Driven Insights: Partner with managers to support the creation and monitoring of individual development plans for high-potential talent. Leverage talent data to identify trends, skill gaps, and inform localized, data-driven talent strategies.
  • Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Gather feedback and conduct assessments to understand specific talent and development needs across different markets, proposing and implementing relevant solutions.
  • Program Administration & Vendor Management: Manage the logistics and administration of regional training sessions and development activities, partnering effectively with internal and external facilitators and vendors.
  • Global Integration & Collaboration: Act as a key contributor within the global Talent & Organizational Development team, sharing insights and contributing to enterprise-wide talent and L&D initiatives and projects. Work in close partnership with other regional HR specialists to share best practices.
  • Culture: Actively promote a development culture by effectively communicating development opportunities and championing a growth mindset.
  • Compliance: Ensure all talent and L&D initiatives comply with local labor laws and cultural considerations, adapting global frameworks as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or learning & development. Experience in a multi-geography organization is an asset.
  • Talent & L&D Expertise: A passion for continuous learning and a knack for staying current on innovative talent and employee development trends. Proven ability to coordinate, administer, and lead regional training programs and talent initiatives.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. A skilled facilitator who can inspire, mentor, influence, provide feedback, and ask insightful questions across all employee levels.
  • Data Acumen: Ability to collect, organize, and interpret HR and talent data to inform decisions and support strategic partnerships.
  • Regional & Cultural Awareness: A strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices across different regions, enabling effective cross-cultural programming.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: A highly collaborative team player who excels at building relationships across functions and regions. Adaptable, agile, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
