A leading global healthcare solutions partner is seeking a Talent Development Partner to empower growth and shape talent development across the organization. This role involves delivering impactful learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week
£35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus + excellent benefits!

As a Talent Development Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning and development initiatives that drive employee growth, build capability, and support leadership development across the organisation.
Reporting to the Group Talent Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions to implement talent development strategies aligned with the broader People & Culture strategy and Acacium Group's market-facing priorities, ensuring our people can be as successful as possible in their roles.
