Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

£35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% annual bonus + excellent benefits!

As a Talent Development Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning and development initiatives that drive employee growth, build capability, and support leadership development across the organisation.

Reporting to the Group Talent Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions to implement strategies aligned with our business goals and the broader Global People & Culture strategy.
