Job Description:

We are looking for a driven individual to support our Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Head of Talent Development (TD). This role is part of a global HR team.

About the department

This role is critical for the success of our global DEI and TD programs, supporting our ambitious growth and HR initiatives. The team is based in the City of London and collaborates with colleagues across Australia, North America, and Iberia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of global talent development strategies
  • Managing and developing content within our LMS
  • Working with vendors to support training programs
  • Managing our mentoring platform and providing reports
  • Acting as the main contact for LMS and mentoring platforms
  • Reviewing personal development objectives and supporting learning plans
  • Supporting DEI committees and Employee Resource Groups
  • Organizing international awareness events
  • Implementing DEI and TD programs and measuring their impact
  • Managing relationships with DEI and TD suppliers
  • Reporting and internal communications regarding DEI and TD
  • Handling purchase orders and invoicing

Required skills and competencies:

  • Experience in learning and development, especially with LMS
  • Skills in training needs analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with apprenticeships is a plus
  • Results-driven, problem-solving, self-motivated
  • Strong prioritization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Alignment with BMS values: accountable and empowering
