Sandberg Translation Partners is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Development team to build and maintain outstanding relationships with our global pool of freelance translators. We are an international translation service provider headquartered in the UK and this position would be remotely based. Your role as a Talent Development Coordinator will be to recruit and select talented, qualified linguists to join our translator talent pool and to manage and develop long-lasting relationships with these suppliers.
The translation industry’s landscape is ever evolving, and market needs are constantly adapting. Alongside your colleagues in the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the skills and experience in our talent pool keep pace with these needs and the company’s developing business requirements.
You will benefit from Sandberg’s position at the forefront of technological developments in the translation industry.
Working hours: This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Start times between 08.00–09.00 and end times between 16.30–17.30 UK time (with flexibility to fit individual circumstances).
