What you'll be doing

  • Act as the HR Assistant, ensuring a strong talent development plan is in place.
  • Assist with marketing duties.
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business plans, vision, and values.
  • Measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Seek ways to improve the efficiency of L&D activities using innovative technology.
  • Serve as the main contact for all HR queries.
  • Ensure HR policies are in place.
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns.
  • Create and implement client and candidate surveys.
