The Talent Development Analyst supports the Senior Director, Talent and Career Development (T&CD) and the Talent team with program delivery, reporting, and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate data, coordinating training logistics, and assisting with talent reviews. The role also supports budgeting, purchase orders, and contract tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in talent management within a collaborative, global team.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two onsite days per week at Bicester Village.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partner with the Talent team to support program rollout and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, T&CD and Head of TM on talent mapping, succession planning, and skills assessments
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership and development programs with Head of Learning & Head of Talent Management, including scheduling, communication, and attendance tracking
  • Utilize HR systems and reporting tools for data management and insights
  • Assist in tracking and managing the annual talent budget in collaboration with the Senior Talent & Career Development Director
