Job summary

PRS in London is looking for a senior delivery manager to build and lead a centre of excellence for engineering candidates in the built environment. You will drive the full candidate lifecycle, from advertising to onboarding, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience across the SE UK.

The role requires a minimum of five years in candidate sourcing and delivery, with a track record of leading delivery teams and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in candidate sourcing and delivery led role (agency and in-house)
• Experience leading candidate delivery teams
• Background in HVAC, Building Services, maintenance or related engineering sectors

Responsibilities

• Oversee whole candidate cycle from advertising to onboarding, compliance, referencing, scheduling and follow-up
• Lead candidate delivery teams and models across London and SE UK

Our successful Technical Engineering team are hiring for an experienced candidate led individual to join their team.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in a candidate, sourcing and delivery led role ideally spanning agency and in house talent solutions.

You will be responsible for the whole candidate cycle from advertising and marketing to our database, registration and onboarding, compliance, referencing shift scheduling and following up with candidate service.

Ideally candidates will have a background in sourcing HVAC, Building Services and maintenance. Alternatively other facilities or engineering backgrounds including construction, or trades and labour.

The role will be based in London and you will be responsible for candidate delivery teams and models across the SE of the UK.

Salary depending on experience however expecting a basic of 45-55k plus quarterly delivery bonus'
