Up to £54,000 + discretionary company bonus

What is the job?

Are you passionate about driving talent development and employee engagement through strategic initiatives and data insights? As our Talent & Culture Specialist, you'll be instrumental in enhancing global talent management, employee experience, and culture initiatives. Collaborating with HR teams, business leaders, and global stakeholders, you'll help implement solutions that improve performance, succession planning, and company culture.

Within the Global Talent & Culture team, you will leverage analytics to guide decision-making, shape initiatives, and enhance the overall employee experience, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to manage key programs.

What will you be doing?
  • Assist in building and executing global talent management, performance excellence, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support the creation and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including survey data analysis and resource development for leaders.
  • Contribute to DEI initiatives and cultural programs promoting an inclusive workplace and reinforcing company values.
  • Maintain and update talent data to ensure accurate insights for career development and employee experience strategies.
About you?
