We are currently seeking a passionate Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our Talent & Culture Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. We value positive energy, diversity, and a caring environment focused on careers, not just jobs.

As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, your main duties will include:

  • Providing impartial advice to team members and managers
  • Coordinating daily tasks within the Talent & Culture Department to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicating any changes within the hotel proactively
  • Handling HR-related correspondence and inputting new starters and team member changes into the system
  • Managing work experience placements from start to finish, including documentation
  • Organizing and confirming work experience schedules
  • Advising team members through Maternity and Paternity processes, including risk assessments and return-to-work tracking
  • Coordinating and delivering hotel inductions, including Mini Welcome Day, Welcome Day, and Welcome Back Day
  • Planning and gathering content for monthly Communication Tea sessions
  • Representing the department in internal and external meetings
  • Acting as a representative for ICC, SET, Wellbeing, or Health & Safety initiatives
  • Planning monthly calendars for birthdays, training, and social events
  • Managing social media platforms for team engagement and social event promotion
  • Coordinating monthly birthday cards and managing employee benefits
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees
  • Handling office management and stationary orders

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
