Qualifications

Job description

The Talent Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent team with programme delivery, reporting and operational tasks across a global remit. This role offers hybrid working, on a full-time basis.

Description

The Talent Coordinator will:

  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Partner with the Talent team to support the roll out of programs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on talent mapping, succession planning and skills assessments, including investigation work and presentation back to the business
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards using various data sources- this role will be one of the "data superusers" in the HR team, so advanced analytical skills are required

Profile

A successful Talent Coordinator needs to have:

  • Experience working in an HR or Talent team, ideally within a multinational remit
  • Advanced excel skills
  • An ability to use data to tell a story
  • Confident in working with and presenting to Senior leadership teams
