A leading luxury business in Bicester is seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to enhance their HR team. The role focuses on supporting onboarding, collaborating on talent initiatives, and utilizing advanced data analysis to inform senior leadership. Qualifications

Job Description

The Talent Coordinator will:

  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Partner with the Talent team to support the roll out of programs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on talent mapping, succession planning and skills assessments, including investigation work and presentation back to the business
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards using various data sources- this role will be one of the "data superusers" in the HR team, so advanced analytical skills are required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Coordinator needs to have:

  • Experience working in an HR or Talent team, ideally within a multinational remit
  • Advanced excel skills
  • An ability to use data to tell a story
  • Confident in working with and presenting to Senior leadership teams
