Division and Role Overview

In our Rhythm Management division, you will support healthcare professionals in hospital cath labs and operating rooms by providing product support, education, and training. You will collaborate closely with account managers and the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring objectives are met.

This is a 12-month contract starting September 1st, 2025, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance. The role can be based anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Support
  • Assist customers during procedures using Boston Scientific products
  • Educate staff on product use and clinical applications
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide ongoing education to hospital staff
  1. Sales Strategy and Market Development
  • Contribute to sales strategies with the field team
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through clinical interactions
  • Develop knowledge of the local market and competitors
  • Participate in account planning with team members
Qualifications and Skills
  • Recent graduate (2024/2025) with a degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related fields focusing on Cardiology
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driving license
  • Willing to travel across the UK or Europe, with up to a week away at a time
  • Analytical, proactive, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Flexible working hours due to changing schedules
