Vacancy: Talent Co-Ordinator

Location: Eastleigh, Southampton

Salary: DOE

Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

About The Role

To support the talent team with administrative duties, ensuring the smoothing running of the talent function and a high level of service to both hiring managers and candidates.

What You'll Do

  • As a Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent team to increase capacity within the team by managing administrative and coordination activities.
  • You’ll do this throughout the lifecycle of our recruitment process, from helping with vacancy approvals, posting job adverts, arranging interviews and processing offers.
  • You’ll work with the Talent Advisors, Talent Business Partners and Head of Talent and will need to prioritise to ensure urgent and important tasks are completed in a timely manner. Always with a focus on providing the highest level of service and a positive experience to both our internal customers and candidates.
  • As well as this you’ll take the lead on the recruitment of our temporary workers across EMCOR UK. This will involve working with hiring managers, agencies and candidates, to run a smooth, proactive process.
  • You’ll become an integral part of the team, being the go-to person for administrative support with responsibilities across both business as usual and project work.

  • Demonstrable experience of providing a high level of service
  • High degree of proficiency with MS outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills and resilience under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload, often with conflicting deadlines
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • Committed to providing the highest level of service, in person, via telephone and email
  • Has tenacity and determination to manage the internal customer
  • Confidence to ask questions and challenge in the right way where required
