The Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging for talent for critical roles and by managing the end-to-end candidate process to ensure effective candidate experience. The role will be aligned to a specific division across key talent experience areas i.e. STEM, Specialist, Volume, etc.

What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience in Talent Sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging high quality candidates across various functions

  • Expertise in leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, Boolean searches etc

  • Experience in conducting market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to understand talent availability and industry trends

  • Talent engagement skills – the ability to craft compelling outreach that attract passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with candidates, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to track and analyse sourcing metrics (e.g. Time to source, response rates) to optimise strategies and report on key sourcing outcomes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, engaging candidate interactions

  • Experience of employer branding, actively promoting the employer brand in interactions with internal and external candidates.

What else you need to know:

This role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes.

We want our people to thrive at work and home and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.

How we’ll reward you.

As well asasalary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs.

  • (Starting salary of £36,150 plusa) £500annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits.

  • Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.

  • We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.

  • 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
